چکیده
Defrosting is an important issue that should be considered when air source heat pump operating in a cold climate. For the transcritical CO2 (TCHP) water heater, high pressure affects application of defrosting methods. In this paper, reverse cycle (RCD) and hot gas bypass (HGBD) methods were experimentally investigated TCHP heater. The dynamic characteristics, influences on system operation overall energy performances two analyzed. results suggested RCD method presented more complex parameter variations, lower power consumption, shorter time larger influence operation; while HGBD displayed less impact heating capacity. electric used for was only 17.5% method. Moreover, averaged COP with higher than by 4.61%. summary, showed evidently performance could promising solution demonstrated its robustness but had limited performance.

Several optimal discharge pressure correlations for transcritical CO2 heat pump in literature have been discussed in this paper. Most of them are related to the ambient temperature, the evaporation temperature and the gas cooler outlet temperature. A revised optimal discharge pressure model as the function of ambient temperature and water outlet temperature is developed based on earlier experim...
